A Very Happy New Year!

On behalf of all of us here at Waking the Red I would like to wish each and every one of our readers from this past year a happy new year. As a site we are very grateful for all you have done to help make 2011 a massive success as the site grew faster than any of us could have expected in its first year. We look forward to an exciting 2012 as the site will strive to further improve and grow so that we truly become the go to source for all things Toronto FC.

We hope that you all had a safe and happy New Years Eve and that you have a great 2012. From a TFC perspective the New Year means another chance for us fans to get excited about the potential of this finally being the year that we break through and maybe even make a playoff appearance. The club will start its New Year in only a few weeks time as the players report for training camp in late January. In the meantime we all have the draft and a fair bit of roster activity to look forward to in the meantime.

So here is to an exciting 2012 for the team, the site and most of all for all of you fine folks. We thank you so much for your support and hope it continues going forward.
