This site never really asks anything of its readers but on this occasion I do have a request to make of you. On March 9th I will be taking part in a little soccer tournament that is being put together by Kristian Jack of the Score's footy show. This with be the 4th annual rendition of the tournament and it is an event that raises a fair bit of money for World Vision.

That is where you fine folks come in. I may be the one playing in the games but that does not mean that you cannot still help out by supporting such a good cause. If you would like to support me and World Vision you have two options to do so. The first option is to get in touch with me via email at d.a.rowaan@gmail.com and we can set up an email money transfer for any donation you would like to make. The other option is to let me know you want to make a donation and then find me at the pregame events on March 7th to give me the money.

You can also help out by getting in touch with KJ and asking him for more information about the raffle that is involved in the event. He will have some fantastic prizes on offer and the tickets are $5 each so that is another opportunity for you to help out a good cause and maybe even get a bit of a prize for it.

Some of you have already made donations for which I am very grateful but I hope to raise a bit more money over the coming week as this is a fantastic cause.
