MLS is back at it with their annual countdown of the best young players across the league. They have only unveiled the first few names on the list but we already have our first TFC player. Toronto's 2012 top draft pick, 4th over all, came in at number 21 on the list thanks to his impressive performances in recent weeks. Silva remains a player with a whole lot of upside and hopefully he will continue to climb the MLS ranks. It is yet to be seen if any other TFC players will make the list but hopefully at least Ashtone Morgan gets a well deserved place somewhere near the top of the rankings.
