Steve Sandor over on the11.ca has been doing some digging about Don Garber's comments regarding the domestic player rule and why it cannot be expanded to include Canadians as domestics. His latest talked to an immigration expert and concludes that US immigration law is not the issue here. It is well worth a read for people interested in putting pressure on MLS to provide a better reason for not treating Canadians as equals.
