Oppa is Gangnam style, Gangnam style!
A girl who's cool during the day, a classy girl who knows how to enjoy life,
A girl whose heart races when night comes, a girl with that kind of twist.
I’m a guy, guy who's hot blooded, a guy who slams his coffee like a boss,
A guy whose heart bursts when night comes, that kind of guy!
Beautiful, loveable...yes you, hey, yes you, hey...
Now let’s go until the end...
We've all heard this song and dance before, haven't we? But is TFC's management actually trying to be what it isn't (and ultimately what is being lampooned in the international smash hit above)? Sure, they're trying to keep people in the stands, but will some sort of a result here today mean anything?
There won't be Darren O'Dea to anchor the back due to a thigh injury sustained during Ireland duty, while Mr "Will-He-Or-Won't-He" Eric Hassli is once again a maybe for this match...but does it really matter any more? Montreal will have a full lineup; only Felipe, Bernardo Corradi and Nelson Rivas are out -- but again, with absolutely nothing on the line (even next year's Voyageurs' Cup seeding is no longer in doubt), don't expect fireworks.
But then again, this IS Toronto-Montreal we're talking about. No? It doesn't make a difference? Well, at least we can still laugh at Jesse Marsch (wherever he is, oh right...he's suspended), Joey Saputo and Marco di Vaio....right?
This thread will largely be unmanned, so have fun...but don't go crazy. House rules still apply!
