I know, I know...I can't help it, but gotta begin this one with a John Denver classic, given we are talking about Colorado after all (sorry kids, MLS isn't in West Virginia yet...):
So, with that out of the way, let's get down to business. Montreal is a mere memory now, even if it's a bit fresh. Just breathe in that fresh mountain air. The joys of living out west, wide open spaces, a great place to forget the past and re-invent oneself. People have been coming out west for centuries to do just that...is it TFC's turn?
Okay, so maybe like many other places, Denver isn't exactly the best to start from, but love's been a bit of a rose for the fine folks in the Centennial 38. That darned old injury gone and done bit the Rapids hard; even our old friend Marvell Wynne isn't immune. But they do got that there Martin Rivero and Pablo Mastroeni. No Conor Casey, no Omar Cummings, but there is Atiba Harris. Are they there for the taking? And is the TFC in a mood for a brawl to take it?
It all depends on the Reds themselves, if they can get that there wherewithal to get it. Matias Laba is available, and...well, that's pretty much it. Can Sheriff Robert Earnshaw finally his trusty six-shooter back to light up Colorado? Or will Maestro Mastroeni make it a concert in the high mountain air? Join us here with the game starting at 9pm. We'll have team news up when it hits twitter, and views and chat all throughout the game. And if you think you've got an idea of how this game will end -- do pony up to our Are You Smarter Than That There Aron Winter game!
