Montreal Impact vs. Toronto FC
Voyageurs Cup Semi-Final, 1st Leg

Olympic Stadium, Montreal, Quebec
8pm EDT (6pm MDT)
Sportsnet East/Ontario

Once upon a time I was falling in love, now I'm only falling apart.
There's nothing I can do, a total eclipse of the heart.
Once upon a time there was light in my life, now there's only love in the dark.
There's nothing I can say, a total eclipse of the heart.

"Total Eclipse of the Heart", Bonnie Tyler
(Written by Jim Steinman)

I'm sure most of you are feeling a bit of an eclipse in your hearts, seeing how TFC's season has gone so far -- but now the Reds enter some familiar territory: the Voyageurs Cup (a.k.a. the Amway Canadian Championship), where they have won the last three editions. It may be a stretch to hope for a fourth title, but we've seen some miracles before that have lifted the eclipses.

For your pre-match reading pleasure, we have James' Know Your Enemy file, Duncan's chat with Mount Royal Soccer's Sofiane Benzaza, and Dave's breakdown of tonight's lineups. You can also have your say on if you feel TFC should try to win this tournament, while Dave beseeches supporters to not give up, despite the dark times -- which we will get out of. Someday. And as always, you can play prognosticator with our very own Are You Smarter? game, for prizes!

(Oh, and if you didn't hear about MLS commentator Simon Borg's suspension after his "bozo outbreak", here it is -- plus our response.)

So join us starting at 7:30pm EST for pre-game banter, plus news and views from your favourite WTR writers and editors, and during the match I will have live interactive match commentary, which is like having Nigel Reed (or insert name of your favorite play-by-play guy here) calling the game from your favourite pub, and you're the colour commentator.

The CoverIt Live screen is available after the jump, so come on in!

(If you happen to be away from your computer during the match and still want to follow along on the CoverIt Live applet, you can download the app from the iTunes store, or the Android market. For all other smartphones, the mobile site is available -- we'd LOVE to hear from anyone who is on the ground in Montreal!)
