As I walk along, I wonder what went wrong,
With our love, a love that was so strong?
And as I still walk on, I think of the things we've done,
Together, a-while our hearts were young...

- "Runaway", Del Shannon

Welcome to our new SBNation United layout! Well, at least there's one thing that you can look forward to -- the same old style of coverage that you've come to know (and perhaps love...come on, you know you love us), off-day or match day. And this means our game days will remain as awesome as they are.

No matter what the media chooses to ask or not, we've still got a match to win. The Salvadorean club that we're facing this evening is officially out of the running, and only out to play spoiler. Will they actually succeed, or will Paul Mariner sabotage us himself? He seems to be doing that with Aaron Maund, so why should we believe any different for everyone else?

Winning tonight will once again need to be done with no DPs (at least we had Frings when we last met Aguila), but, possible concussion permitting, at least we will have Guinness and Boddingtons in the back...er I meant Darren O'Dea and Richard Eckersley, available for the match this evening in front of a 70,000-seat stadium that likely will be a quarter full (if Aguila is lucky). Even in Central America, we're probably not the biggest draw in town.

And since we're here -- expect lots of flopping, diving and a whole lot of gamesmanship (as MLSSoccer so politely puts it). Will there be a Showdown in Torreon? And is this the ONE game we can actually win for the rest of the season? Let's find out together. Join us this evening here.
