Are you smarter than Carolina Morace?: Round 3

Group A is the Women's World Cup equivalent to MLS where parity rules with an iron fist. Heading into the final matchday everyone has hopes to advance and anyone can head home in disappointment.

The Canadian scoring issue seems to have gone from the men to the women.  Looking at the Canadian roster coming into the tournament goal scoring wasn't thought to be a potential issue but with one late goal against the Chinese and none in their last match against the Kiwis the ladies will have 90 minutes to try to figure it out against the Netherlands on Monday.

The Netherlands opened their tournament with a 1-0 win over New Zealand but then fell victim to that same scoreline to China on Thursday.  For the Dutch to advance they will have to get points from this match.  Based on the FIFA rankings the Netherlands (12th) should be the stiffest competition for Canada in the group stage.  Digging deeper though Netherlands really limped into the tournament with a 1-2-2 record in 2015 after an undefeated 2014 which saw them go 8-2-0 in 10 matches.

Needless to say that a positive result in this one would go a long way to help Canada not only advance to the knockout phase of the competition but hopefully get a favorable matchup.

Scoring; 2 points for the correct result, 1 point for the correct Canada score and 1 point for the correct opponent score. Post in the comment section below or mention me (@Stouffvillain) before kick-off to be eligible.
