Toronto FC announced on Friday afternoon that TFC II would be playing their 17 home matches at three different venues throughout the 2018 USL season.

The side will play ten matches at BMO Field and three at Lamport Stadium, once the slated renovations are completed late August, while a further four matches will be held at Capelli Sport Stadium in Rochester, New York.

For context, the Rochester Rhinos are taking a temporary hiatus this year, which has caused some trouble in terms of their potential future control of the downtown venue, due to the terms of the agreement with the city, who own the stadium.

The city has already made moves to evict the Rhinos, while their owners responded firmly.

The matches will pit TFC II as hosts against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds, Indy Eleven, Nashville SC, and Bethlehem Steel FC and should provide a nice little road-trip for any Toronto fans wishing to make the trek.

Said Toronto FC Club President Bill Manning, in a release by the USL, “We are happy that we can give the fans four USL games to attend this season as the Rhinos prepare for their return to action in 2019.”
