Photo Essay: Toronto FC kings of the north once again

Jozy Altidore scored three goals, and Toronto FC lifted their third straight Canadian Championship trophy last night. The reds beat the Vancouver Whitecaps 7-4 on aggregate in the final, clinched with a 5-2 win at BMO Field. Sebastian Giovinco and Tosaint Ricketts also scored for the reds, who were dominant throughout. The win means Toronto FC will be back in the Concacaf Champions League next season, where they lost in penalty kicks in the final in 2017. Here are the best photos from the match from Waking the Red’s photographer, Tagwa Moyo.
