Goals by Josef Martinez and Julian Gressel sealed the deal Atlanta on Thursday, who kept yet another clean sheet in the post-season after shutting out New England 1-0 to open their playoff run.
TFC, meanwhile, are coming off the shoulders of a 2-1 thriller over regular-season Eastern Conference leaders NYCFC, which extended the Reds’ unbeaten run in MLS action to a club-record 12 games.
These two sides have played twice this season, with the home team coming out on top on both occasions (0-2 @ Atlanta, and 3-2 @ Toronto).
Toronto FC and Atlanta are two clubs playing well, so be sure to stay tuned to WTR as we’ll have all of your preview coverage for what’s sure to be an epic showdown next week... and who knows... we may have a special announcement planned ;). Keep an eye out!
