Preview:

The Mississauga MetroStars are back at home on Friday night to finish off their three-game homestand with a match against Utica City FC. Kickoff is at 7:25 pm.

Coming off a hard-fought victory against the Harrisburg Heat, which ended their eight-game losing streak that dated back to December 30th, the MetroStars are looking to build some momentum.

They will be helped by the return of Dwayne De Rosario, who missed the last six games while dealing with a series of injuries (most recently a sore calf), but is expected to be back in the lineup on Friday night. De Rosario is still in the top five points leaders for the MetroStars, scoring 14 points (7 goals, 7 assists), despite appearing in just 8 games.

In the victory over Harrisburg, two MetroStars forwards passed the 20 points mark. Mo Babouli picked up four points in the game, bringing him up to 22, while Damion Graham scored a goal to bring his points tally up to 20.

Utica have won both of the previous matches between the sides, including the match on January 11th, which the MetroStars lost after conceding twice in the final 40 seconds.
