Toronto FC II are down in Lansing, Michigan on Wednesday night to take on Lansing Ignite FC.

One week after an exciting comeback against North Texas, in which TFC II erased a three goal deficit to steal a point, they are hoping to continue their five game unbeaten streak. One of those games, on Saturday, June 8th, TFC II beat Lansing 3-0 thanks to goals from Shaan Hundal, Patrick Bunk-Andersen and Jordan Perruzza.

Lansing will go into this game hungry for revenge, and they will certainly make it a physical game, as they did when they were in Toronto a few weeks ago.

Lansing are also one point back of the fourth and final playoff spot, which is another reason why they’ll take this game very seriously.

Kickoff for this game, which is being is being played at Cooley Law School Stadium, is at 7 pm.

In TFC II-related news, Matthew Srbely was named to the USL League One team of the week:

Noble Okello didn’t see any action, but was among the 23-man squad during Canada’s 4-0 win over Martinique on Saturday. Canada play again on Wednesday night against Mexico.

As always, the match will be streamed on YouTube:
