Toronto FC take their seven-game unbeaten run in league play to Los Angeles and put it on the line when they take on first-place LAFC at Banc of California Stadium with kickoff set for 10:30 p.m. EST tonight.
While LAFC won’t be without striker Adama Diomande, they’re expected to have close to a full arsenal of players for head coach Bob Bradley — the father of Michael Bradley — to choose from, including Carlos Vela and Canadian International Mark-Anthony Kaye. It’s a welcoming sight for a team that has struggled recently, dropping points in each of their last four MLS games.
The Reds, meanwhile, will also have close to a full lineup when they take the field Saturday. Aside from Nicolas Benezet, whose nursing a hip injury, everyone is expected to be available for Greg Vanney’s TFC side.
With that said, the Reds, who are down 1-0 to the Montreal Impact after the first leg of the Canadian Championship, will be wary of their crucial second-leg tie at BMO Field four days from now.
So, get your guesses in before kickoff tonight (in the comments). Can the Reds pull off a win and clinch a playoff spot? Or will LAFC be too strong for a wary Toronto side? Make sure to include both team and result in your predictions!
Prediction League Table will be updated prior to Wednesday’s match against Montreal!
