Trio of Reds make MLS Team of the Week

Pozuelo, DeLeon, and Delgado earn the Week 27 Honours

Toronto FC had a memorable weekend away in Cincinnati and walk away with three more points and three MLS Team of the Week nods to show for it.

Marky Delgado, Nick DeLeon and Alejandro Pozuelo all earned their way onto the Team of the Week, thanks to a 5-1 performance vs. the expansion side.

It was the first time in club history that they’ve scored five road goals in a MLS regular season match. Delgado had a goal and an assist, Pozuelo added a pair of helpers and DeLeon notched his 8th goal of the season in all competitions.
