It's been just over two months since these two teams last met, and things...well, haven't changed much. Sure there's been a new addition here and there, but really there isn't much change to write home about. Montreal will soon embark on its second continental journey, after the last four had been taken by the Reds. And what better way to send them on their way with a loss in Toronto, a place where since they were in the USL, they have yet to win?
And chances are they will be hungry to right a few wrongs from the weekend, after they lost a wild shootout at Saupto Stadium to the Rapids. They'll have their old guns available tonight, from Nesta to Rivas and Mapp and whatnot, while TFC will be without a few of their younger players in Bekker, Osorio, Henry and Morgan, lost to the Canadian national team that is playing in the CONCACAF Gold Cup, something that has caused great consternation with Ryan Nelsen.
But no matter whichever way you see how tonight's match will unfold, don't forget there are those who still need help. But otherwise be here at around 6:30pm this evening for team news, and your favourite Waking the Red writers will be here for in-game chat during the match, so do join us here!
