Toronto FC Prediction League 2018: Round 3 (vs Columbus Crew)

Maybe we should’ve seen it coming, but Toronto FC did not come out 5-0 winners on Tuesday against Colorado, as at least one of you predicted. So, the only category anybody got any points in last round was opponent’s goals — a fair few people picked a clean sheet for Alex Bono, and since it was a 0-0 draw, you got a point for that.

Nobody predicted a draw, though, or that TFC would be held scoreless. In fairness, I probably wouldn’t have predicted that either. It might’ve made more sense for the away leg in Colorado to finish 0-0, actually.

Anyway, let’s hope for some better luck this time. That said, this one’s hard to predict. Last season, TFC games against the Columbus Crew ranged from a 2-1 loss, to a 0-0 playoff draw, to a 5-0 Toronto win. They pretty much hit both ends of the spectrum against this team.
