Toronto FC play the Philadelphia Union this evening at BMO Field, in a game that’s probably a lot more important to one team than the other. After collapsing against the Chicago Fire last weekend, TFC could really use a win here to try and start clawing some points back in the MLS table.
Most of you were fairly optimistic about TFC heading into the Chicago game, and the first half would’ve proven you right. Unfortunately, though, that’s not quite how things ended up. Funnily enough, only two people predicted any result other than a TFC win, and they both guessed it would be a 2-2 draw (shout out Footy Wolverine Go Blue and RustyRamone).
That chunk of points made some ripples in our league table, as those two moved into a tie for second place overall.
